Join us for an exclusive evening with Tony Bish, New Zealand’s only winemaker dedicated solely to Chardonnay. Widely regarded as one of the country’s most innovative and talented winemakers, Tony has built a cult following for his bold, expressive wines and pioneering techniques. From fermenting in concrete eggs to ageing in premium French oak, his craft has redefined what New Zealand Chardonnay can be.
On the night, Tony himself will guide us through five of his exceptional wines, each paired with a specially created tapas dish from The Hour Glass kitchen:
