Sustainable Build: Building a Hemp House @ Kahu Glen

Hear about the pros and cons of building with hemp, the build process, and what it's like living in a hemp home. You'll also be toured around other sustainable features of the home such as bamboo panelling and timber joinery, generating solar energy, passive solar design and thermal regulation, wetback burner. water systems for grey/black water treatment and a composting toilet.

$5 including organic juice tasting.
