AND above all else...we aim to help people to create puppies that aren't anxious. An anxious puppy is a nightmare for everyone.
Trust us when we say this, anxiety can be a massive problem...and we see it constantly. We believe in most cases anxiety is created & NOT how the puppy is naturally going to be.
Sounds pretty extreme but some people can't leave the house without their dog - we know this because we have those people coming into our store. It might sound great having your dog with you all the time but it is NOT ok when the unexpected happens - you need to go away, to hospital, your situation changes or your dog needs an overnight vet stay. We want you to still be able to go on holiday, visit friends or be away if necessary.
In those first few weeks, is how you're setting your puppy up for lifelong habits. Understanding HOW & WHY the crating system works, goes a very long way to making an informed decision, to your puppy training.
We aren't all about selling things either - We want to help you with, what we believe or know, should work. There are some very common items (perceived as essentials) that we do not suggest using!! Are you buying puppy training pads? Then - DON'T - they're a waste of money. For various reasons they don't work.
