In this session, we’ll slow down and reconnect with what it really means to care for ourselves, not as another item on the to-do list, but as a way of living with steadiness, kindness, and intention.
Topics of conversation may include - what stops us from doing self-care, what some favourite forms of self-care are, what our world could look like if we did more of it.
This is an hour to pause, breathe, and refill your cup so you can keep showing up with presence and heart.
Please arrive a bit early to order your kai/coffee!
