Mental health affects us all. In an industry with some of the highest suicide rates in Aotearoa, it’s time to Normalise the Everyday Struggles. This event is about More than Awareness, it’s about Action. It’s about re-shaping attitudes and being pro-active in seeking help for our own wellbeing, for our whānau, and our tamariki.

It’s about starting conversations early, so our Rangatahi learn that Talking is Strength, not weakness. When we Normalise Mental Wellbeing from a young age, we pave the way for a more balanced, connected and kind future.
