Vinyasa & Sound at Studio Shakti offers an all levels breath- led vinyasa flow designed to energize and ground you back into your body. Each class is guided by music curated to a specific theme, inviting you to move with intention.

We’ll close with 15 minutes of relaxation guided by a crystal bowl meditation to reset the nervous system and seal your practice with clarity and calm.

This class is suitable for beginners, advanced practitioners, or everyone in between. We will move at an easy, approachable pace with plenty opportunities for modifications or advancements.
