Up to 50% of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Shuck Cancer whose mission is to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families.

Participation Details:
At the event, we will be running a restaurant gift card raffle benefiting Shuck Cancer. In order to participate, we require each contestant to donate (2) $50 gift cards to your restaurant. If you do not have a restaurant, you can donate $100 to Shuck Cancer instead. Checks may be written to “NACE New Orleans Chapter” with “Shuck Cancer Donation” in the memo line. You may mail your gift cards or check to Hotel Fontenot at the address above, Attn: Courtney Simmons McKee.
Contestants will receive a listing in the Event Passport produced for the event. Required materials must be received by 7/1/25 to be included.
Please provide 300 samples, including serving wares, of your most exquisite culinary creation inspired by any country or region of your choice. You have the option to enter into consideration either a sweet or savory bite, or both!
Your creations will be judged by both the public and a panel of esteemed local culinary professionals. People's choice awards and judge’s panel awards will be presented for 1st and 2nd place in the following categories:
Best Small Bite/Appetizer
Best Dessert
Best Booth Presentation
The 1st place winners in each category will receive a business spotlight in NOW Weddings Magazine Spring/Summer 2026 Print Edition. Tickets are on sale now at Eventbrite (link below)
