Navigating the HDLC (in-person class)

The Preservation Resource Center partners with the Historic District Landmarks Commission to offer this free, in-person course designed to help property owners understand the HDLC application process and avoid the frustrations experienced by some applicants. Taught by HDLC Senior Architectural Historian Yvette Jett, this class provides an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about the HDLC process. This class will take place at 1601 Ursulines Ave. in Treme.
