Engulf Decompression Cart Roll
Engulf was fantastic and I can't get enough of it. Bring your favorite costume from the burn out to Rampart for some dancing in the street and storytelling of your best moments!
Since it's a Sunday night, this is going to start earlier and end earlier than most cart rolls. Odds are we are on Rampart street all night. Definitely starting at Black Penny and moving to Voodoo Lounge (the new home of the Burner Happy Hour) with some possible other stops later on.
