COOKING CLASS: Cooking for People with Cirrhosis

Tandem Clinical Research, in partnership with the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine, is excited to announce a special cooking class designed specifically for individuals living with liver cirrhosis. The event will offer participants practical guidance on managing their condition through diet and nutrition.

This unique cooking class will be led by expert chefs and nutritionists from the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine, renowned for its evidence-based approach to culinary education. Participants will learn how to prepare delicious, liver-friendly meals that are both nutritious and easy to make at home. The class will focus on ingredients and cooking techniques that minimize symptoms, providing valuable insight into the role of diet in managing this chronic condition.
