Beyond the Basics: Intermediate Acrobatics
Sundays 6:00–7:30 PM
$15 (Discount available upon request – just ask)
This weekly class is for students who already have a strong acro foundation and are ready to move beyond the basics. We’ll train at a faster pace and explore more challenging material, including intermediate to advanced L-basing, standing acro progressions, dynamic pops, counterbalances, and creative flows that push your skills to the next level.
Prerequisites:
-Proficiency in Aaron Lind’s 22 Skills (link to video is below)
-A proven track record of safe practice
-Solid communication skills with partners
Instruction rotates among AcroNola’s experienced teachers and occasional guest instructors, each bringing their own strengths and specialties.
Acro Jam
Sundays 7:30–8:30 PM
Open to everyone! Stay after class to practice, refine, and play — or just drop in for the jam ($5 if not attending class).
Location: NOLA Aikido – 3909 Bienville St.
Please park in the lot behind the building and enter via the middle glass door. The dojo is immediately on your left when you enter.
