Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits: Maintain Right Class (Virtual Class)

Learn the ins and outs of historic rehabilitation tax credits from Clay Colton, owner of Baseline Historic Tax Credit Advisors, during this virtual class. This presentation will explain the benefits the tax credits, give an overview of the application process and timeline, and provide answers to questions such as: could my project qualify/be eligible, how much does the process cost, and what are QREs or eligible expenses?
