Join us for a relaxed, social Speed Sketching session — no experience needed, just a sense of fun and curiosity!
This is a light-hearted, low-pressure creative morning designed to help you meet new people, share a laugh, and get drawing without overthinking it. You’ll spend 10 minutes at a time sitting opposite someone, quickly sketching one another before moving on to the next person.
Stick people are welcome. Perfection is not required. 😄
Bring your own materials — sketchbook, paper, pencils, pens, felt tips, or even an iPad if that’s your thing.
What to expect:
From 10.15am – Arrive, grab a coffee or soft drink, get settled and say hello.
The first part of the session is relaxed and sociable — most people come solo, and you’ll be warmly welcomed.
10.30am – Speed sketching begins
You’ll rotate around the room, spending 10 minutes per person, sketching and being sketched. It’s playful, informal and all about giving it a go.
Mid-session break – Time for drinks, chats and a breather
12.30pm – Session ends
Feel free to stay on afterwards for another drink and a chat — many people do!
