A new route for us this week from the Cliff House to Lymington and back
Meeting point will be Cliff house bar/ restaurant Barton on Sea. Plenty of free parking on the road near by

This will be 14 miles, over the cliff top to the salt plains, loop round then back again over the cliff top. Most of the ride is flat other than the first bit. We will need to leave at 6:30 prompt as we wouldn’t want it to be too dark when crossing the top of the cliffs on the way back.
IMPORTANT - Make sure you have decent lights as it will get dark
And a helmet is strongly advised
This will be an inclusive, relaxed and sociable pace off road bike ride around this lovely part of the New Forest
Not as fit as you were – no problem! Worried you won’t keep up? – no one gets left behind ... come and get fitter while meeting new people and taking in the gorgeous New Forest scenery
This is a social ride so you participate at your own risk
An element of fitness is required as there are some the odd hill to battle
We are not worried about speed so nobody ever gets left behind
