Sound Meditation Miracles in Darkness

December Sound Meditation Theme is Finding Stillness - Miracles in Darkness.
A deeply grounding and restorative experience that mirrors the quieting of nature and the inward turn of the soul during fall.

It invites participants to gather the fruits of their inner work, release what no longer serves and rest in the spaciousness of silence. As the trees let go of their leaves, this Meditation encourages gentle surrender, reflection and preparation for inner winter ahead.

What to expect: The resonate sounds of the Gong, Crystal and Himalayan bowls with a sprinkling of chimes, drums and rainstick to help each participant to
