FREE Women’s Self-Defense Class — Saturday, Nov. 15 at Noon!
Learn the essentials of protection and confidence: stance, grip-breaking, and how to fall safely without injury.

This one-hour, hands-on class is taught by Coach Stephanie Lain at the University of Ground Fighting (UofGF) in New Lenox.

No experience needed — just comfortable clothing and a willingness to learn!
