Youth Girls Practice

Please plan to arrive early so we can start promptly at 6:00 PM.

If you’d like to help with setting up mats and getting the space ready, arrive by 5:30 PM—your assistance makes a big difference!

We aim to wrap up a little before 7:30 to allow time for mat teardown and cleanup after practice.
