Intro to Sourdough Bread Making (adults)

In this beginner-friendly class taught by local sourdough expert & owner Nikita of Golden Greens, we’ll explore each step from starter to golden crust so you'll go home with the confidence and tools to begin your sourdough journey!

Makers will learn how to take care of a starter, mix their own dough, learn the art of shaping and scoring dough as well as tips on baking sourdough. Each maker will receive a jar of active starter and their shaped loaf to bake at home.

Kids ages 10+ are welcome to register with a registered adult!
