The Sweet Spot: Open Mic Night

The Sweet Spot kicks off the 2025-2026 year with an open invitation for Yale students to showcase their talents on The Underground stage. How will you wow the crowd? Will it be comedy, a cappella, poetry...?

Yale undergraduate, graduate, and professional students may register to perform.
Performers may register as individuals or as groups.
There will be only one mic on the stage, so be creative.
A maximum of 10 minutes will be allotted for each performance.
All Yale students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend. Enjoy the show with bites and beverages from Elm and Ivy.

The Underground is located in the lower level of Yale Schwarzman Center. Enter the building at 168 Grove Street and take the stairs or elevator one floor down.

Want to perform? REGISTER before September 9.
Want to attend? No need to register.
