Matthew’s Mindful Moment and West Haven Public Library invite you to a 3-week beginner-friendly series on meditation. Together, we’ll explore simple practices like breath awareness, guided imagery, and mindful reflection—tools you can carry into daily life to feel calmer, more grounded, and more present.

• Welcoming, inclusive sessions for all ages and backgrounds
• A supportive, non-judgmental space
• No prior experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart
• Practical techniques to bring calm into everyday life
