From the Inside Out is a cozy, powerful space designed exclusively for women and non-gender-conforming folks who are ready to reconnect with themselves and others through consent, boundaries, and affirming (non-sexual, pressure-free) connection.

This is for you if:

• You’re exhausted by navigating spaces that don’t understand your softness or sovereignty.
• You crave emotional safety, gentle touch, and mutual respect — not assumptions or performance.
• You want to understand your boundaries more clearly and communicate them with confidence.
• You’re curious about platonic cuddling but want it grounded in consent and care.
• You’re seeking connection — but only the kind that sees all of you.

You don’t need to have the perfect words, the perfect body, or any prior experience.

You just need to show up — and be open to feeling safe, affirmed, and free.
