Who wants to join this elite group of people wanting to make positive changes in their health?! Jumping jacks, squats, push-ups,running, mountain climbers oh my! All with the bungee taking 60-70% of your weight making this a low impact and zero gravity workout unlike any other.
Every 30 seconds on the bungee is equivalent to 2 minutes of cardio so we will be burning calories at super speed!! We will meet once a week on Tuesdays for a crazy fun workout and support each other every step of the way! It will only require a 30 minute commitment out of your week!
This session will be based around a close knit group of supporters advocating and lifting each other up that are serious about improving their overall health-physically and mentally. Some for of physical fitness is recommended for this 8 week session. It is high intensity and low impact.

Bike shorts or padded shorts are highly recommended under or over leggings for participation to increase the comfort of the harness. You can also bring along a wash cloth or thick socks to use as a buffer in the harness as well for more comfort initially.
