Herbal Remedies for Cold and Flu Workshop: Elderberry Syrup, Bath Bombs, & Vitamin C Gummies

Instructor Erin Sprinkle will demonstrate how to make 3 herbal remedies for boosting the immune system and warding off cold-season viruses. You will learn how to make a simple and delicious elderberry syrup, sinus clearing bath and shower bombs, and vitamin C gummies.

Participants will take home recipes and instructions for all 3 remedies, along with resources for where to source ingredients and tools to make your own at home. In addition, each student will take home a 4 oz bottle of elderberry syrup from the class.

All supplies are included.

Erin first became interested in herbalism after a long bout of antibiotics left her with skin sensitivies and a chronic rash that traditional allopathic doctors failed to treat. In fact, the harsh chemicals and additives in most over-the-counter and prescription topicals made the condition worse! Turning to the ancient wisdom of botanical medicine, she was able to not only cure her skin ailments, but discover a whole world of knowledge exists which can empower us to take our healing and care into our own hands using the amazing plants around us. Erin is self-taught and has been making her own herbal remedies, skin treatments, and care products for about 13 years.
