1. More than 30 days before departure:
10% of the total trip cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
2. 15 to 30 days before departure:
25% of the total trip cost or โน3,000, whichever is lower, will be deducted.
3. 7 to 14 days before departure:
50% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
4. Less than 7 days before departure:
No refund will be provided.
