Refund Policy

Full Refund:
Requests made before 10th June 2025 will be eligible for a 100% refund (excluding any payment gateway charges).
Partial Refund (40%):
Requests made between 11st June and 1st July 2025 will receive a 40% refund.
No Refund:
Cancellations made after 1st July 2025 or no-shows on the event day will not be eligible for any refund.

🔄 Transfer of Pass

Tickets are non-transferable unless written consent is received at least 5 days prior to the event.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 working days after confirmation.
If paid in cash or UPI, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
