All ticket sales for the Disco Party are final.
However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, so our refund terms are as follows:
1. No Refund After Purchase
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
This includes situations such as change of plans, personal issues, or inability to attend.
2. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, customers will receive a 100% full refund of their ticket price.
3. Event Reschedule
If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
If guests cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
4. Ticket Transfer
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
5. No Refund for Complimentary Items
Complimentary food, drinks, or special offers included with the ticket have no monetary refund value.
6. Misconduct or Rule Violation
Guests removed from the event due to misconduct, safety violations, or intoxication are not eligible for a refund.
