The New Cumberland Business & Professional Group is hosting a FREE trick-or-treat downtown! Come in costume for lots of tricks and treats at participating businesses!

Put on your coolest costume and get ready for tricks and treats from awesome local shops! Don’t miss the River Barry’s Cosmic Bubble Show at the West Shore Theatre at 11 a.m.—only $10 for your ticket to magic and giggles.
