About the event

Hilby's BBQ Cookoff and Beer Garden

Set up is at 10am for participants. Judging and eating (public an purchase a plate to taste smoked meat $10) will begin at 6pm. There will be a food truck with sides available. Alcohol, that is purchased through Hilby's at the bar, will be allowed in the front parking lot. Call 765-529-9711 to register or ask questions.
