Miller Mondays!

The weather is getting cooler, with Autumn just around the corner. So what could be better than a delicious Polish Dinner with a crisp, cold Kolsch beer? In homage to New Carlisle's beloved Miller's Home Cafe, we'll begin "Miller Mondays" every Monday evening at 5:00, starting September 15th! If you'd, by chance, prefer one of your favorites from our regular menu, we'll be serving those as well! This will actually be Josh's first ever Kolsch brew, and if its like everything else he brews, it'll be outstanding! Mark your calendars and join us to share some great memories partnered with some amazing beer! As for the story behind "Clown Plates" Kolsch...? That's just a lot of fun...🙂
