Parade on February 7, 2026

The Western Heritage Parade & Cattle Drive Committee produces the annual parade to kick- off the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. The parade features a cattle drive, mounted infantry groups, authentic wagons, and heritage organizations that come together to participate in a display of the western heritage and local culture of San Antonio and Texas. The people of San Antonio can also enjoy a breakfast kick-off, 5k run, and live music!

5:00pm-10:00pm at Market Square: Western Heritage Weekend Kick-off with vendors, music, and activities
Saturday, February 7, 2026

9:00am at Milam Park: Stampede 5K – start/finish, Houston St.
10:55am on Houston St: Western Heritage Parade & Cattle Drive - Milam Park to Broadway
12:00pm-11:00pm at Market Square: Vaquero Cook-Off with music, food, retail vendors, and contests
Sunday, February 8, 2026

11:00am-6:00pm at Market Square: Family Day –vendors, live music, and activities
