Caring for a loved one with dementia can be overwhelming, but support is here for you. Join us at Élan Westpointe for our monthly Caregiver Support Group, where you’ll find a safe space to share, learn, and connect with others who understand your journey.

🕠 Time: Beginning at 5:30 PM

Led by Hope Hospice, this group offers guidance, encouragement, and a chance to build a network of support. Whether you need to share your experiences or simply listen, you’re welcome here.
