Check your tire pressures the day before (mid afternoon). Unless you have experience or otherwise know better, use the factory recommended tire pressure.
Check that your battery is SECURELY bolted down. If its not don't expect we can fix it.
Numbers should be at least 12" high with 2" strokes.
No bald tires.
Helmet must be SA/(M) 2010 (until may 2025), 2015, 2020, or 2025.
Sound limit 95db
It is the responsibility of the entrant to properly classify their car. If we catch a discrepancy we will fix it, but don't expect it will be in your favor. Check the link below
NOTE: We made a change to registration. Now when you register for an event the computer will automatically put you in the same class as you were in the last time you registered (just like the car numbering system). What you will see in your registration window is a 4 digit number denoting your class. Once you complete the registration your actual class will be visible in the roster and your confirmation email. If you change cars or drive someone else's car you will need to contact me so I can change your class. If you go back to your old car you will need to contact me again.
No experience necessary. First time autocrossers (PCA Members, Driving a Porsche only) get their first event free
EVENT SCHDULE
11:00am-12:00pm Course setup DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 11:00 AM (Course workers only. Everybody else show up at noon)
DRIVERS
12.00pm-1:pm tech and check-in DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 12pm!
12:30pm-1:30pm course open for walking (pending safety check)
1:00 pm Driver check-in tech closes (No exceptions)
1:30 pm driver's meeting
1:45 pm line up cars and get course workers out
2:00 pm first car out.
Note: when you arrive, park all the way down, next to the last person to arrive. Leave no parking gaps between the spaces. This makes it easier for the tech guys to do their job.
