Join us for an evening of networking, conversation, and fun at the McKenna Event Center, located at 801 W San Antonio St, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM (Central Time).

This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow physicians, share experiences, and build new professional relationships in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Info: Please plan to arrive between 5:30 and 5:40 PM to check in and receive your booth/table assignment. All booths will be assigned in advance for simplicity. Doors open to primary care at 6:00 PM, so please be fully set up before then. Office staff may assist with setup, but physicians must be present at their booths by 6:00 PM and remain for the entire event. Please plan to stay until 9:00 PM.

Info: Primary care physicians are welcome to come and go at their leisure. However, based on prior experience, we strongly encourage specialty physicians to remain at their booths for the duration of the main event. Attendees are encouraged to collect informational materials and small giveaways; we hope to provide goodie bags again this year, though they have not yet been secured. Last entry will be allowed at 8:30 PM.

Info: Specialists and vendors are asked to remain fully engaged at their booths until 9:00 PM to ensure all primary care attendees receive a consistent experience. Booth takedown will not begin until 9:00 PM and, based on prior years, is typically a quick process.
