Location: The race will be held in New Boston, MI during the Huron Township Applefest. The race will begin just south of the bridge on Waltz Road. The runners will then enter Lower Huron Metropark and continue on the beautiful and scenic paved trail along the Huron River. The course will double back at the half way point and finish at the New Boston bridge before town.
Awards: 5K and 10K Overall 1st place Male and Female - Cash prize and medal.
Packet Pick Up: The 10K and 5k run event will be chip timed. You will pick up your race number, race t-shirt and timing chip the morning of the race. Please be sure to arrive with sufficient time to do this. Results will be posted shortly after all competitors finish the race.
Race Day Registration: 7:00 – 8:15 am
Race Day Packet Pick-Up: 7:00 - 8:15 am (There will be a tent located just south of the bridge on Waltz road near the starting line. This is close to parking and the finish line)
10K at 8:30am
1-mile fun run at 8:45am
5K at 9:00am
