We recently learned from Waukesha County that our original event location was severely impacted by the August flooding, and unfortunately, we are unable to hold the event there. After searching for a new venue that could welcome both people and pets, we’re excited to announce that we have partnered with Matty’s Bar & Grill in New Berlin.
The event will still take place on the same day, October 4th from 11 AM – 4 PM, in Matty’s Big Backyard. This great space includes a bar, stage, and plenty of room for activities. We’re also working to bring in live music along with lots of fun for both two- and four-legged guests!
Although we will not be able to host the traditional 2-mile walk this year, we’ve planned a variety of exciting activities to make the day memorable, including:
-Vendor booths with goodies and fun surprises
-Raffle baskets with amazing prizes
-Live music and entertainment
-Games and activities for your pups
-10% of sales in the Big Backyard will be donated to the rescue
