Join us for Winter Photography at The Sawmill. We’ll start in the Learning Center with a quick, practical overview, then head out on the trail to put it to work. Winter strips the landscape down to its essentials such as clean light, bold contrast, strong textures, and fewer distractions. This makes it one of the best seasons to sharpen your eye!

We’ll focus on capturing winter wildlife, tracks, frozen details, and the quiet power of the season. Fran Grenon, our lead expert, will share straightforward tips on exposure, composition, and shooting with intention in cold, low-light conditions.
