Join us every Sunday at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater New Bedford for a full morning of wellness, movement, and community — all at no cost!

Sunday Offerings Include:
8:30 AM – SC of Well-Being
9:30 AM – Meditation
10:00 AM – Yoga
11:00 AM – Zumba

Sunday once a month:
10 AM - Hypnotism (every third Sunday)
10:30 AM - Zumba 101 (see schedule for time offered)
