Make A Bamboo Paintbrush Workshop

Join us on October 2 and October 7 at the Floyd County Carnegie Library Cultural Arts Center for this free, fun and useful two day workshop to make your own paintbrush and create art. On October 2, museum staff member, Al Gorman, will lead a simple paintbrush making experience using bamboo, epoxy glue, and horsehair. Once the bristles are set and trimmed, bring your brushes back to the Cultural Arts Center on October 7 for an ink drawing experience.
