Yoga for You (with Sound Bath!)

I'm adding 15 min. at the end of class so that with this week's focus on the heart chakra, in which we'll use backbends ("heart-openers") and upper body strength, as well as a little cardio to train as Unconditional Love Warriors can then be rewarded with luscious restorative pose during a extra Crystal Sound Bath!! 1st class $5 for locals, else its "pay-as-you-can."
