Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly sourdough baking experience where you will learn a simple, foolproof method that anyone can master. You’ll leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to bake your very own loaf at home!

Each participant will receive:
🥣 Your very own jar of active sourdough starter
🍞 A dough whisk and spatula to keep
📜 A printed recipe card and guide
💪 Your own dough — mixed, stretched, and ready to bake at home!
You’ll use all of these tools during class — along with your hands, a bowl, and the dry ingredients provided — to prepare your first loaf of sourdough step-by-step.

📍 Held in the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of WildWood of Nerstrand
👥 Small, intimate group size for maximum one-on-one attention
You’ll learn how to feed, care for, and maintain your starter; master stretch & coil folds; understand bulk and cold fermentation; and discover tons of tips and tricks for sourdough success!

Only one participant per paid ticket. Must be 18+ to attend.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Because of the preparation and ingredients involved, no refunds are available once tickets are purchased.
Refunds will ONLY be issued if the class is canceled due to low attendance.
Can’t make it? You may transfer your ticket to another guest if canceled within 48 hours of the class date.
In rare cases (like inclement weather, or family emergencies), a reschedule date will be offered. Your ticket will automatically carry over to the new date.
