多様なジャンルのダンスから、独自のメソッドを融合させてきたYokoによるエクササイズ、深く繊細にチューニングしていきます。

クラスの内容は、自分とつながるワークのあと、コンタクトの可能性へ続くミニワークもあったりなかったりその日の流れで
約2時間のワークショップの後は、ジャムセッションで自由に踊ります。
