・１階の更衣室にて着替えと荷物の保管を済ませ、２階の多目的室２に参加費と飲料水などを持ってお越しください。
・１階で体育館利用料を払う必要はありません。
・寒暖差に対応できる服装で参加してください。
・館内１階の指定された地点で靴を脱ぎ更衣室または、多目的室２の前の靴箱に各自保管してください。

【CIのエッセンシャルとジャム】
私自身のダンス経験と学びから、私がCIのエッセンシャル（大事なこと）だと考えることをシェアします。
例えば、「触れる」ことと「相手の体へ寄りかかる・体重を預ける」ことと、「押す」ことの違い、筋膜を使ったコミュニケーションの取り方（そうすると時差のある対応が必然的に起こる）、コンタクトを保ちながらどう共に動くかなど、どれもCIでは重要な点で、初めての人にはもちろん、経験者にとっても何度繰り返しても飽きない奥の深さのあるテクニックです。
また、他の動く存在との空間感覚、直感に従う方法など、ジャムのスキルもオファーします。
ジャムでは、私がリードインを行い、あらゆる可能性に完全に開かれた状態と、身体の物理的な側面へのこだわりと、両極にあるよなものを同時に意識しつつ選択の自由を楽しめる空間を共創していけたらと願っています。
矢澤実穂：東京出身。彼女のCIコミュニティがあるオーストラリアのサンシャインコーストを拠点に活動しています。幼い頃からダンスを始め、ここ5年ほどでCIに魅了されました。世界的にも著名なCIダンサー兼指導者であるヨーク・ハスマンから主に学び、現在は彼のクラスやワークショップ／リトリートのアシスタントを務めています。また、彼が不在の際には、彼のクラスやジャムの代行も行っています。「いのちのままに踊る〜Moving with Life〜」の創始者で、CIに加え、「ダンス・メディスン」や「ムーブメント・ダイアッド」といったコンシャスダンスをファシリテートしています。ダンスを通していのちと出会うことに情熱を持っています。

Join me at the essentials of CI and jam in Nakano on Thursday 8th of January.
I will share what I see as essentials of CI from my dancing experiences and learning, such as differences of touch, lean into the other body, and push, swimming under the skin (fascia) and responding with delay using it, how to stay connected in physical touch and moving together etc. Also jam skills such as sensing the space with other moving presences, how to follow our intuitions etc.
I will do lead in to the jam, in which I hope to invite us to be in the state of full openness to all the possibilities whilst allowing our detailed engagements into the physicality of our bodies.
Miho originally from Tokyo is based in the Sunshine Coast, Australia, where her CI community/home is. She has been dancing for almost entire her life, and fell in love with CI in the last five years or so. Miho has been mainly learning from Joerg Hassmann, the world renowned CI dancer and teacher, and now she assists his classes and workshops/retreats, and when he teaches away, she takes care of his classes and jams. Miho is a founder of "Moving with Life" in which she facilitates consciousness dances such as "Dance Medicine" and "Movement Dyads" as well as CI. Miho and Joerg also has the shared regular practice of dancing on the beach. Her passions lays in meeting on life through dance.
