クリスタルボウルの響き 音浴する体
♪クリスタルボウルの響きで音浴する体を感じてみませんか。
各チャクラ対応の７つのクリスタルボウルとシンギングボウルで音浴しながら発声や簡単な体の動き（ただ聴く 寝そべる、体を丸める広げる、歩く、立つ、近く、触れる、自由に 等）を味わいます。シンギングボウルによる秘儀、音降らし、音被りも。。
普段運動やダンスをしない方でもされる方でも、どなたでも参加できます。
シンプルな動きだからこそ響きを感じ没入しやすい体験になることでしょう。

クリスタルボウルはパワーストーンの代表格の水晶と同じ成分で、その音は倍音を多く含み細胞レベルで振動します。聴いていて心地よく癒しや浄化の効果が期待できます。また音や振動を感じて内面的な気付きが生まれたり瞑想的な状態に入りやすくなります。
簡単ないくつかの態勢やゆっくりとした動きをしながら神秘的な響きを浴びて心身の深いリラックスとリフレッシュをしてみませんか？

The sound of crystal bowls, a body bathed in sound
Why not try experiencing a body bathed in sound with the sound of crystal bowls?
Enjoy vocalization and simple body movements (lying down, curling up, walking, standing, getting close, touching, freely, etc.) while bathing in the sound of seven crystal bowls and singing bowls corresponding to each chakra. There will also be secret rituals, sound descent, and sound overlapping using singing bowls.
Anyone can participate, whether they usually exercise or dance or not.
Because the movements are simple, you will feel the resonance and it will be an immersive experience.
Please come in comfortable clothes.
