Introduction to Zen Lectures - Gold Coast

You are invited to an in-person lecture series exploring Zen meditation and contemporary mindfulness practices.

This course examines the core aims and methods of Zen and how Zen-Buddhism integrates into our lives.

This program is ideal for newcomers to Zen in general and for those wishing to expand their knowledge of Zen meditation and mindfulness practices, beyond the confines of therapeutic or personal development.

The course runs for 5 consecutive Monday evenings, starting the 19th January. Lecture time is 7 pm to 8.30 pm.

The course will be taught by James Emmett, a Zen teacher at Pathway Zen.
