Sample Itinerary | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
9:00–9:30 AM | Check-in & Opening Circle
- Set your intention for the day as we gather to connect and ground ourselves in nature.
10:00 AM–2:30 PM | Guided Hike in Kootenay Pass
- Explore the stunning alpine landscapes of Kootenay Pass up Cornice Ridge. Along the trail, Victoria will share safety insights and stories from the field, offering a unique and educational wilderness experience.
3:00–5:00 PM | Nourishment & Restoration at the Retreat
- Return to the peaceful surroundings of the For Rest Retreat to unwind. Enjoy a delicious, nourishing meal, followed by a rejuvenating sauna and optional cold plunge to reset your body and mind.
5:00–7:00 PM | Deep Stretch & Yoga Nidra
End the day with a grounding movement and meditation practice. Abby and Victoria will guide you through a deeply restorative deep stretch and yoga nidra session designed to leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and reconnected to yourself. Closing circle to finish with local goodie bags.
