Now is the perfect time to relax and rebalance. Join Roger Sanders and Jamila Knopp for a wonderful sound relaxation with crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, sansula, drums, guitar, and a Mexican rain stick.
These sound relaxations promote the production of alpha and theta brain waves. These brain waves are associated with a state of deep relaxation, calmness, and can help reduce stress.
During the session, you can sit or lie down comfortably and allow the vibrations of the bowls to wash over you. You will be able to fully relax and enjoy the benefits of the crystal singing bowls and soothing instruments in a safe and nurturing space.
When: Wednesday, 22 October
Time: 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Venue: 34 Champion Road, Richmond 7020
Foyer at Whakatu Presbyterian Church
Cost: $30
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or a softer camping mattress, which is ideal. Also, bring a blanket and a cushion for your head—anything to keep you warm and comfortable.
