Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to guide you into states of altered consciousness & deep transformation.
When worked in this way, your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. This is an active session where you are invited to tap into the deepest layers of yourself and to feel, move and express all that arises in a held safe space where all of you as welcome.
This provides you an opportunity to uncover patterns that have you stuck, receive powerful insights, release emotions, move energy and tap into your own inner wisdom, truth & healing.
This 2-hour taster class offers an easily accessible opportunity to experience the power of Shamanic Breathwork. An opening circle and instructions will be followed by a shorter breathwork session and concluded with processing, integration and grounding. This is a great place to start.
Absolutely no experience is necessary, you will be taught the simple and profound breathing technique and be surrounded by loving Facilitators and community. All of you is welcome here.

Jane is deeply committed to helping others (re)discover their own inner guide and healer. With a grounded, embodied, and trauma-informed approach to spiritual practices, she creates safe spaces for deep self-discovery and transformation.
She is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner accredited through the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Jane is also a certified Advanced Trauma Specialist (TRTP), an Ordained Shamanic Minister and holds a Doctorate in Shamanic Psychospiritual Studies, Her expertise combines these formal qualifications with the wisdom from her own healing journey, creating a deeply embodied and empowering approach to transformation. *On the Day*
- Wear loose comfortable clothing you can move in, something you would wear to a yoga class would be perfect. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or sarong, water bottle, journal, and an optional eye mask or covering. Most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are, I look forward to welcoming all parts of you
- Bring a pack lunch for yourself or even better a sharing dish for a potluck meal together.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in for an on-time start.
