I will be introducing you into a new Pranayama technique, each week and strengthening the previous weeks practices. There are many layers to Breathwork ~ through out the following next weeks will be exploring these.
Increasing the breath intake for the rising day breath power up practice for activation of dormant energy reverses. Gathering strength and increasing the ability to hold retention of the breath while training the muscle memory to improve breathing in the moment.
This dynamic class will boost your natural awareness of what is currently happening within your body, How you are breathing and your reaction to that pattern. Here we are removing the automatic response that has taken control and implementing subtle shifts that offer a gap to take healthy control. One pointed focus brings you into a deeper connection with the relationship with the body and the breath.

You will leave the class feeling a sense of empowerment with the knowledge of the breath. And Fully charged up and ready for the day to come. PLUS techniques to use in real time ~
What to bring ~
A willing and open attitude.
A sheepskin or a cosy mat.
A water or a Flask of tea.
Bring a note book if you are engaged in a study of self study,
