This free one-hour workshop offers a taster of the Circle of Security approach — a relationship-based programme that helps parents better understand their children. It supports parents to strengthen attachment and foster their children’s sense of security, helping them grow into confident, emotionally resilient people.

Licensed facilitator Nicky Cooper will guide us through key ideas from Circle of Security, with space for questions, chat and a cuppa. Babies are, of course, warmly welcome (non-crawlers ideal).
