Expressions of Grief: Healing Through Art and Somatic Experience

We have a new grief group starting up next Wednesday and there are several spaces left. It will involve guided exercises using creative and somatic techniques to explore the experience of grief. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE "CREATIVE" OR "ARTISTIC" TO BENEFIT FROM THIS GROUP!

Please contact us at 250-352-2337 if you're interested in registering. To register, you will need to have a brief intake call with our coordinator and then you will receive the information about where the group is being held.
